Get your running shoes on for Carers

The carers association is asking for volunteers to walk or run on their behalf in the Dublin mini marathon on bank holiday Monday, June 2.

Sponsorship cards and details may be had by contacting John Farren. A home care service is available to assist those caring for a seriously ill or housebound family member. The service is free of charge and provides the carer with a welcome break. For details please contact Mary Redmond.

Lough Derg

A three-day pilgrimage to Lough Derk will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 4-6. For further details contact Maura. A deposit is required.

PTAA

The regional meeting is being held on Thursday, May 8, in Ballyroan hall at 8.30pm.
